We have a variety of pilates options for groups. In-person equipment, mat and combo classes are offered regularly year-round (see our schedule here). Join us for SUPilates every summer, or customize your own Pilates Happy Hour or Corporate Class.

Equipment, Mat & In-person Classes

Group Equipment/Mat/Combination Classes
(50 minutes)

Classes at Bolder Pilates are kept small so that you get more personal attention and instruction. All classes may include use of props such as the foam roller, physio and small balls, and magic circles. Expect to be challenged, leave energized, and to have a lot of FUN. As class sizes are small to ensure you get the most personal attention and instruction, all classes are all PRE-REGISTRATION ONLY. You are welcome to register up to 30 minutes before time of class.

SUPilates ( Stand Up Paddle Pilates)

This class is our signature summer workout, bringing the Pilates studio out onto the water at the Boulder Reservoir. The floating board ( we actually drop anchors so you don’t float away), acts to create more stability challenge as you do your Pilates mat workout. We also add in some fun paddling exercises, because….well, we’re paddling! This workout class is truly for all levels, even if you’ve never paddles before. It’s safe, FUN, naturally socially distanced, and is an amazing escape from this hot Colorado summer heat. This is the most fun you’ll have working out this summer, we promise!

Pilates Parties (the new Happy Hour)

Whether you have a special occasion like a bachelorette party, birthday gathering, shower, or you just want to get a group of friends together for a healthy morning or evening activity, a Pilates party is the perfect solution. Here’s how it works: Gather a small group of friends, anywhere from 6-12 people, purchase your Party with the button below, then contact Bolder Pilates to schedule your private group class, either virtual or in-person (virtual-only until further notice) where you will be treated to a custom Pilates mat or mixed equipment class, and lots of fun. Instead of feeling sluggish or hungover, you’ll leave feeling energized, refreshed, and worked in the best possible way. We promise to make it a blast, so call us to schedule your Pilates party today!

$200 (up to 8 people) $25 additional for 1-4 more people (up to 12 total).

Add on a custom cocktail cheers afterward. Let us create a fun cocktail for you, send you the list of ingredients and then walk you through making after class, after which you can all cheers to a great time together!
