Working with and learning from the best team in Boulder in a beautiful and serene environment.
From Nicole, Former BP Instructor (2020–2025)
"Working at Bolder Pilates has been an exceptional experience. Voted Boulder's best Pilates studio for eight consecutive years, it offers a beautiful, modern, and serene space that supports both personal and professional growth. The studio culture is defined by a supportive, enthusiastic, and fun team dynamic that truly makes coming to work a joy.
Donna is not just a fantastic boss and supervisor—she’s the heart of the studio. She leads with integrity, warmth, and vision, prioritizing client safety and well-being while cultivating an environment where instructors feel empowered and genuinely valued. She hires incredible staff, maintains top-tier equipment, and fosters a sense of community that’s both inspiring and rare.
A defining feature of Bolder Pilates is its deliberately non-competitive environment among staff. This creates an even more cohesive, warm, and collaborative team dynamic—one where the shared priority is helping clients feel good and get the most out of their Pilates experience. The result is a space rooted in mutual support, where both clients and instructors thrive.
As an instructor at BP, you're part of a highly skilled, compassionate, and collaborative team working with a wide range of clients—from therapeutic and prenatal/postpartum to athletes and fitness enthusiasts. The studio’s personalized approach makes every session deeply rewarding and meaningful.
Bolder Pilates also offers competitive pay, bonuses, and a real commitment to professional development, including a yearly continuing education stipend and in-studio workshops with world-class educators. Instructors enjoy a high level of autonomy, a tight-knit and uplifting community, and fun perks like happy hours, social gatherings, and even free lattes, tea, and snacks during shifts.
I began my journey at BP in January 2020—just before the world shut down—and had the privilege of working with many clients for over five years. It’s a truly special and sacred place. Donna’s leadership has created a culture of mutual respect and care that extends to every client and team member. If I could be in two places at once, I would continue my career there indefinitely."
