Private Training with Bolder Pilates

50 MINUTES

In our private training sessions, we will utilize the Pilates principles, working on varied apparatus to strengthen, lengthen and tone your entire body. You will leave each session feeling energized and renewed, with a heightened sense of body awareness. This is the best way to get the most attention on your unique body and have your experience truly customized to your body’s needs and your specific goals. Prices and session times apply to both in-person and virtual sessions.

Semi-private/Duets

50 MINUTES

Work out with a buddy (or two) as a less expensive and FUN alternative to private sessions while still receiving a ton of personal attention. Bolder Pilates is happy to try to find you a partner at your level if you do not have one…however, when you schedule a session, we will not automatically have a partner for you. Please email us at info@bolderpilates.com if you are looking for a semi-private partner. Prices and session times apply to both in-person and virtual sessions.

Auto Renew Plans

Are you coming in regularly for private or semi-private Pilates sessions? Auto-Renew Plans (our system will automatically renew your expired package so you don’t have to do it manually) offer the ease of package renewal AND provide a $1 discount per session!

The fine print: Auto-Renew Plans require at least 1 auto-renewal payment to be made before the plan can be terminated. If a member wishes to cancel before 1 auto-payment is made, a $5 termination fee will apply. Any request to terminate, early or late, will require a 7-day written notice to info@bolderpilates.com. This means 7 days prior to completion of the current package and expiration date.
