Initial evaluation

This initial appointment entails a detailed postural assessment to address injuries, determine areas of weakness, as well as asymmetries in your musculature. From this session, we will develop a customized plan, taking into account your personal fitness goals. We will also introduce you to the fundamental Pilates principles that we will utilize as we start your new fitness and/or rehabilitation program.

This is the first step toward transforming your body into strength, health and overall wellness. Please allow an hour and 15 minutes for this first appointment.

Private training at Bolder Pilates

After your initial evaluation, we will begin to utilize the Pilates principles, working on the mat and varied apparatus to strengthen, lengthen and tone your entire body. You will leave each session feeling energized and renewed, with a heightened sense of body awareness. 60 minutes.

Semi-private/duets (2 people)

Work out with a friend as a less expensive and FUN alternative to private sessions while still receiving a ton of personal attention. Bolder Pilates is happy to try to find you a partner at your level if you do not have one. 60 minutes.

Group Classes

Classes at Bolder Pilates are kept small (4 people max.) so that you get more personal attention and instruction. We offer classes on the mat, geared mainly toward core strength and stability, as well as equipment (Tower/Pole) classes, which will focus on full body toning and conditioning. All classes may include use of props such as the foam roller, physio and small balls, and magic circles. Expect to be challenged, and to have a lot of FUN.

Home sessions

Bolder Pilates is happy to train you in the comfort and privacy of your home. Unless you have any pieces of pilates equipment, the workout will utilize the mat, physioball, therabands, and small balls. Bolder pilates will provide these items.
